Credence supports extensive clinical decision-support capabilities including drug-drug, drug-allergy, supports to avoid insurance claim rejection and clinical pathways. Clinical documentation capabilities allow users to document, review, and edit patient demographics, vital signs, problem lists, medication lists, medication allergy lists, electronic notes, health history etc.

Credence scheduling makes it easy for users to schedule visits and procedures while providing advanced tools that help to improve patient services, keep appropriate slots open, and make the most efficient use of staff and other resources.

Clinical summaries can be viewed, downloaded, and transmitted according to IHE standards to third parties. Shared Patient Record provides patients with secure access to parts of their electronic medical record. Credence supports electronically receiving clinical laboratory tests, radiology test and values/results and incorporating this information into a patient’s chart. Pharmacy works in combination with Credence to provide integrated medications management workflows. Users can electronically create prescriptions for electronic transmission.

Credence supports clinical quality measures by providing built-in logic to calculate numerators and denominators. Quality measures are calculated based on data recorded in the EHR.
